VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS

B2B SaaS and immersive asset creation company serving the world’s biggest hotel brands, management companies and ownership groups: Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, IHG, Accor, Aimbridge, Remington, Pyramid Hospitality, Host Hotels & Resorts (REIT), with over 3,000 customers globally.
Have played a pivotal leadership role under the CEO during the company’s transformative journey from a 14-person US-based virtual tour company to the world’s foremost hospitality sales enablement and immersive selling platform provider, with customers on five continents.
In my tenure, I spearheaded every facet of marketing and corporate communications, seamlessly blending strategic vision with hands-on execution. From product marketing to demand generation, digital marketing to public relations, and beyond, I am proud to continue to shape the company’s trajectory. My role has extended beyond marketing through prior years, encompassing sales enablement, operations, company culture and human relations.
The COVID-19 pandemic presented unprecedented challenges, and I played a crucial role in steering the company through uncertain times. Adapting and innovating as a team, we positioned the company as the most valuable and crucial tech during COVID lockdowns, with customer communications and loyalty at the forefront of our strategy.
A highlight of my achievements includes the launch of a strategic demand generation shift. This initiative led marketing to generate pipeline from $63,000 to $1.1M in just three quarters. My action-oriented approach to new challenges and strategic investments in testing new channels helped fuel the sales team’s bookings efforts, aiding the largest revenue quarter on record for the company.
Having orchestrated customer-facing events, led joint webinars, managed customer gifting programs, conducted extensive market research surveys, and spearheaded dozens of impactful case studies, my mission has and always will be to embody the company’s core values and bring a customer-experience focus to marketing.
Leading the company through a rebrand and repositioning, internal and external strategic alignment has been one of the more rewarding parts of my journey with Visiting Media.
